You can request a return within 7 days. No exchanges for size or color selection errors.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are levied by the local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for the exact regulations.
You have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, provided the items are: unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, all tags are still attached, and they are in their original packaging. After reviewing your request, we will send you the return address and further instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email. If the refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
